We Understand as a parent how leaving your child in someone else's care feels and would like to reassure you that we are committed to providing the best care possible for them.

We Encourage frequent visits to "settle in" before your child starts. This reassures them that they will be looked after, fed and entertained because going to a new setting is a big step for them too.

 

We Engage with the children in our care through adult led and child initiated activities. This enables us to get to know them, and you, well.

We Communicate through a monthly newsletter to allow you to keep up to speed with what is going on within the service and our future plans.

​

We Ask for children's and parent's suggestions and we have fortnightly staff meetings to ensure everyone contributes to the running of the service. You will also receive copies of the theme plans which change fortnightly.

You Are Welcome in the playrooms at any time and should you have any queries or concerns about any aspect of your child's development, or any matter, please just ask.
